Refund Policy

The Hardwoodist Founding Member payment is a one-time charge of $5 USD. This page explains when and how a refund can be requested.

30-day goodwill window

If you change your mind within 30 days of payment, email us via the contact page and we’ll process a full refund through Stripe. No justification required. Member access is removed at the same time.

After 30 days

We don’t typically refund payments after the 30-day window. If something has gone clearly wrong on our end — you paid but never got access, the site has been broken for you in a way we can’t fix — write to us and we’ll make it right.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original card or payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
